NF-5340 is new type surface treatment with high hardness and easy-releasing.
Comparison with existing fluoropolymer coating, it is expected to have abrasion resistance and anti-scratch performance while cleaning. Furthermore, it has superior releasing feature against high adhesive materials than fluoropolymer coating. Tack-free coating; rough surface coating with thermal spray, has been recommended against sticking adhesives. NF-5340 achieved "Easy-releasing" and "Smooth surface". In addition, whitish color is superior in visual check while cleaning.
